All Villas floorplans are elevator ready.  Installation of a standard Elevette elevator includes smooth hardwood veneer panel walls and floors, with a choice of finishes: $25,000.

 

THREE CAR GARAGE

 

Expansion of the standard 2-car garage to a 3-car garage: $10,000

 

SUMMER KITCHEN

 

Basic Summer Kitchen Option: Built with concrete blocks and stucco finish, the basic summer kitchen includes granite countertop, built-in 36” outdoor gas grill and stainless steel cabinet doors, designed to fit the covered walkway between the home and detached garage.  $12,900.

 

COURTYARD POOL

 

Pool options by Watts Pool Company start at $35,000, and can be customized for the look and functionality desired.
